Summer

In Ottawa, summer means heat. It means sunscreen and beaches. But it also means Bluesfest, CityFolk and the Ottawa International Jazz Festival.

Yes, Ottawa is home to some of the best music festivals in the world. And all of them are easily accessible from our location at The Business Inn & Suites.

And of course, if you’re in town in July, Canada Day is something not to be missed. Start your Canada Day celebrations right from the door of The Business Inn & Suites – we’re that close to Parliament Hill and other downtown festivities!

Fall

In fall, Ottawa’s many trees paint the city shades of yellow and red. It’s the perfect time to tour the city’s natural beauty, and to appreciate the splendid parks and lush wildlife that intermingle with our urban landscape.

Also, if you’re in town for Remembrance Day, the ceremonies take place at the top of Elgin Street, just a few blocks from The Business Inn & Suites.

Winter

Winter in Ottawa can be chilly. Luckily, there are always the Winterlude festivities to warm us up. Winterlude is an annual celebration of all things winter, and many of its events take place near The Business Inn & Suites.

If you’re a skier or snowboarder, you’ll have to check out the excellent ski resorts close to Ottawa.
