Our Mattresses

Our guests rave about our mattresses; many ask where they can buy them. Unfortunately, our custom mattresses are not available in stores.

They are quite something—custom designed pillow-top mattresses that combine continuous and pocketed coil designs. These are, without a doubt, among the most comfortable mattresses in the world, and they can’t be found at any other hotels in Ottawa.

Our beds are layered with soft, breathable linens that are custom made to the specifications of The Business Inn & Suites.

Entertainment

Every suite in our hotel in Ottawa comes equipped with a television 46″ or larger, with access to a wide array of free channels. We have subscriptions to all the major cable channels (including HBO), as well as access to Rogers on Demand.

All of this content means you’ll always have access to the best available entertainment, while in your suite.

Safer Stay

Our main lobby is access controlled, requiring guests to use their swipe key to access our main lobby. And as you would expect, all of our suites are secured with electronic door locks. Getting in requires a special magnetic strip key.

Our underground parking facilities are well-lit and monitored by camera 24/7. We always have staff present at the front desk ready to meet your needs.

To conserve energy, we’ve recently upgraded our light fixtures to power saving LED bulbs.

We recycle! Recycling services are available in all meeting rooms. We celebrate Earth Day annually.

Our entire hotel is all non-smoking, therefore providing a smoke-free environment.
