What is the check in / check out time?

At our Ottawa hotel, check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. We make every effort to accommodate late check-out and early check-in. Please contact us if you require an extended check-out or early check-in.

Where do I park my car and how much will it cost me?

Our parking is $20 plus taxes per night on a first-come, first-served basis. The parking includes full in-and-out privileges. Please check with our staff upon check in for availability. We have 102 parking spots in our underground and outdoor lot.

How can I pay for my suite?

Upon check-in, guests must provide photo ID and a bank issued credit card for a pre-authorization of $100 for security. For room payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac debit cards, Travellers Cheques and cash. We do not accept personal cheques. Since you are located in downtown Ottawa on Elgin Street, isn't it very loud at night?

The Ottawa hotel is fitted with extremely efficient soundproof windows. There are also many suites in the hotel that face away from Elgin Street or high above street level. The combination of air conditioning/heating and soundproofing means that you will sleep peacefully.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are welcome. We have a responsible and clear pet policy for our 11 ground floor pet friendly units.

Is there a charge for extra persons in the suite?

Rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $10 plus taxes per person applies to nightly rates for additional adults over two. The maximum occupancy per suite is four adults. For more information see our rate policies page.

Is there a gym or fitness area in the your Ottawa hotel?

I am travelling to Ottawa on business. What business technology does your hotel provide?

Each suite has a small business centre with laser printer and computer, complete with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and wired Internet access. You also have high-speed wireless access to the Internet throughout the Ottawa hotel.

I am travelling to Ottawa with my children. Can your business hotel accommodate this?

Definitely. Children 12 years of age and under stay free of charge in their parents’ suite. We recommend our Signature Suites, which feature a queen size sofa bed.

I am traveling with a small child. Do you have playpens/cribs?

High chairs, as well as playpens which double as a crib, are available on request in our hotel in Ottawa, and our suites are spacious enough for you to set up your own crib.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Several of our suites are able to accommodate a wheelchair, however none of our suites are formally designated as wheelchair accessible.
